Sushi
This is one of students “favorite dishes” and it gives me a great pleasure when I see how much they enjoy preparing this dish for the first time. We had some students already familiar with preparing Sushi. However, when they saw that I used “marmalade” to seal the sushi, instead of the “glue” ingredient, they recalled that marmalade was used by some experts. Thus, we created our own “sushi roll” — or, as it is called in Japanese, “Maki”, In our Cook Book, I present 3 different recipes: fish, veggie, and Rifka’s version. Surprise!
