Guacamole
Food is much more than just something we eat to satisfy our hunger. It represents nostalgia, memories of the family, and can represent a moment in the history of a country, a symbol, etc. Based on vocabulary.com: “Guacamole dates from at least the 1500s, when it was made by the Aztecs in Mexico. Guacamole is a Spanish word that’s based on the Aztec language Nahuatl’s ahuaca-molli, a combination of ‘ahuacatl’, avocado, and ‘molli’, sauce.

- In Venezuela we have something similar, Guasacaca, and you can see how to prepare it by clicking here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd1ILxjmS7M
- Some people add also red onion instead of white onion.
