Margaritenean Tomato Salad
This recipe is very special, because it can be made only with the tomatoes which grow on Margarita Island, Venezuela. What is so special about these tomatoes? It is just that each of these tomatoes weighs up to 2 or 2.5 pounds. Moreover, the flavor is so distinctive that you can not find it in any place in the world, except in Margarita Island, Venezuela. So why I bring you this recipe if we cannot have the tomatoes? We can imagine that we are preparing as if we are in Margarita, right at the beachfront, feeling the marine breeze caressing our cheeks.
