Vegetarian Entrees

I really did not know where to add these dishes, They can be eaten as a Main Dish or as a Side Dish, so I decided to include them in this section.  And most entrees allow plenty of “wiggle room”, in the recipes, for experimentation and creativity, according to your tastes and skills and hunger!
