Imitation of Crab Salad

Drawing of Imitation Crab Salad

This is an easy recipe, I learned about it while I was on the line to pay for my groceries many years ago.  And as soon I came home, I did it, in case I will forget what I saw on the TV that day, and adding some other ingredients. Of course, the real recipe is with “real crab”, however I used imitation of crab, since the real one is not kosher.  I hope you will enjoy it.
