Teriyaki Salmon
This is a really easy recipe. Having the right ingredients, will give you a nice and delicious dish to offer to your guests.

Ingredients
- 2 or 3 pounds of salmon fillet
- 5 or 6 green onions (scallion)
- 1 cup of Teriyaki sauce (I use Soy Vay brand)
- Honey
- Spray oil (PAM or other brand)
Tools
- 1 Pyrex bowl
- 1 Aluminum foil tray (size 9″ X 13″)
- 4 sheets of Aluminum foil paper (10″ X 14″)
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 knife
Steps to prepare the dish
- Rinse the fillets.
- Slice the salmon into 2″ wide slices.
- Put the pieces in a bowl, add the teriyaki sauce and stir.
- Leave the fish to soak with the sauce complete the rest of the steps.
- Heat the oven to 350° F.
- Wash and chopped the green onion (green leaves and white stem)
- Spray the tray with the oil.
- Spread a little honey on the bottom of the tray
- Align the fillets on the top, leave 1/2 inch in between them.
- Mix the teriyaki sauce and a drizzle of honey.
- Add the teriyaki sauce and the drizzle of honey together on the top
- Garnish with the chopped green onion
- Cover with aluminum sheets and bake it for 15-20 minutes, at 350° F.
Notes
- While frozen fish will work to prepare this dish, it is preferable to use fresh fish.
- If you want to prepare this dish for more people, just double the amount of the ingredients.
- Do not overbake the fish, otherwise, you will not be able to taste each of the ingredients.
