Registration is $325 USD (approximately 270 EUR) which covers conference venue, welcome reception, and coffee breaks. Payment is due at the time of registration.
To receive full consideration for an oral presentation, please register by April 6, 2018. If there is room in the schedule, later applications for oral presentations may be considered. Submissions for poster contributions will be accepted through May 31, 2018. Registration will close on May 31, 2018 or earlier if the room limitation of 200 participants is reached. Registrants on June 1, 2018 or later will be charged a late fee of $50 USD.
Registration payments by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted. Payment is due at the time of registration. Charges will appear as “NU CIERA” on your credit card statement. We are unable to make refunds for payments made.
Participants may bring guests to the Welcome Reception on June 25. Please enter the name of your guest(s) when you register. You are responsible for all of your own meals and travel arrangements, including booking a hotel of your choice. Please see the Travel Information page.
