On March 22, we held a coffee and bagel discussion on women in STEM. Prior to our discussion, we read an article from the Atlantic on STEM gender equality vs. country gender equality, and watched this video (which has been quite controversial) on the pay gap, the role men play, and more. This led to an hour of great discussion on these topics, but also discussions on negotiation.
