Patrick is studying towards his Masters degree in doing big toots. He hails from New Zealand, AKA the southeast island of Australia. He completed his undergraduate studies at the New Zealand School of Music, studying under Matthew Allison of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. Patrick has performed and recorded with many major orchestras in New Zealand, including the New Zealand, Christchurch and Dunedin Symphony Orchestras, and Orchestra Wellington. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys lurking around the Evanston Chicken Shack, pretending that he knows lots about rugby, and thinking about exactly how much corn there is in Illinois – there’s heaps as.
