Before joining the distance learning team at SPS, Courtnay earned a BA in philosophy from Vassar College. She worked in advertising and later publishing before discovering her passion for online education in 2006. Since then, Courtnay has worked with subject matter experts, media developers, and editors to help create content- and media-rich online courses for undergraduate and graduate level students.
