With a mix of small and large buildings in the Southwest Area, Residential Services can’t provide consistent amenities and services in each building. How could a 24/7 operations desk be installed and staffed in a 50-person building? To make sure all residents have what they need, various resources are offered on an area basis. That’s why all Southwest Area residents can go to the Southwest Area Desk at Willard 24/7 for assistance. It’s also why they can all use their Wildcard to access the collaboration space in Willard if they want a place to work that isn’t their room but is closer than the Library.
