Cornell University takes its responsibility for the health and wellbeing of its campus community and guests very seriously, and we want to let you know how we will be approaching the conference during this time of continued concern about the spread of COVID.
To protect the health of our campus, you are encouraged to:
- be vaccinated and receive a booster vaccine prior to your arrival in Ithaca
- complete a COVID test prior to departing for Ithaca and if you test positive, remain at home.
- wear a mask while in Ithaca, especially while attending the conference. Masks are REQUIRED in classrooms.
- monitor your health and if you develop COVID symptoms while at the conference, complete a COVID test (provided). If you test positive, remain away from the conference.
- Isolate or quarantine if required
Our commitment to you includes providing:
- One COVID antigen test
- One N95 maskĀ (masks are required during all presentations/in all classrooms)
- Hand sanitizer at all events
- Large classroom space for presentations sufficient for social distancing
- Outdoor options for social interaction and meals
