Yuta is a systems neuroscientist interested in how the brain’s internal model of the world emerges from complex interactions within neuronal circuits and from the dynamic interplay between the brain and the external environment. He is an incoming Assistant Professor in the Department of Neuroscience at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and will launch his lab in January 2025. His lab will be part of the NUIN program.
