Venue:

• Finding the room after you have found the building:
  • Look for signs on the walls telling you whether you are in the right wing (denoted by English alphabet letters. E.g., you want F wing.)
  • Check out this quick sketch.

Parking:

• You will park at the North Campus Garage. This is further North of the Tech building. Take a look at it on the University map or on the Google map.
• Driving directions from Tech to the garage.
• Cost: If you are driving and park at the North Campus Garage, you can adopt one of two methods.
  • You can get a ticket at the ticket dispenser at the garage the normal way and pay when you exit. (This is new, I have never tried it before.)
  • If for some reason you were not able to do the above, you can buy guest passes from us for USD 8.25 (or some more convenient value I guess, subject to availability of change). You don’t need these passes before you park. You need it when you exit. We will have plenty of passes just in case.

Food:

Donuts, coffee, tea will be in the room. Panera sandwich lunch and soda will also be delivered in the room around noon.
