This conference is supported by the Northwestern Buffett Institute for Global Affairs through its Graduate Student Organized Conference grant. This grant funds a two- or three-day conference—initiated and organized entirely by graduate students—on an international or comparative topic with relevance to contemporary political, economic, or social issues. The conference brings together advanced graduate students from North American universities to present and discuss their research.
