Multifunctional geostructures

Within the scope of multifunctional geostructures, research is being performed to investigate the response of novel structures in contact with the ground that can serve human activity in a variety of roles, such as geothermal heat exchange and structural support, and are thus subjected to multisource actions that include thermal and mechanical loads. In the context of this research, a variety of experimental, analytical and numerical techniques are employed to develop competence serving the most cutting edge analysis and design tools for revolutionizing built environments.
