Research Assistant Position

If you are interested in the RISE Center’s research and want to contribute to our mission, please consider applying to be one of our research assistants! 

As a RISE research assistant, you will be able to build your research skills, strengthen your existing skills, learn new theories and frameworks, and work with others to put research into action. 

We require all of our research assistants to work at least 9 hours a week and look for individuals who are dedicated and committed to social justice. We do not require our research assistants to have prior research experience and encourage individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, especially Indigenous students, to apply.

We are currently considering volunteer research assistant applications from undergraduate students within and outside of Northwestern University. If you are a Northwestern University student, talk to us about taking our lab for course credit.
