The summer workshop series is back for its third year! Registration is now open for workshops in Evanston held from late June through mid-August.

R: Introduction, R for Stata Users, Visualization with ggplot2, Data Manipulation with the Tidyverse, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Modeling

Python: Introduction, Next Steps: Functions and Scripting, Data Visualization, NumPy/SciPy, Data Manipulation with Pandas, Predictive Modeling with Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Topic Models for Text

SQL: Selecting and Joining Data, Exploring Data, Updating and Changing Data, Designing and Creating Databases

Command Line: Introduction, Bash Scripting, Working with Data Files

Workshops are open to Northwestern graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and staff.  A smaller set of Python and R workshops on the Chicago campus are being planned for September; look for an announcement in July.
