Anonymous Reporting

Have you experienced or observed discrimination in the Northwestern Psychology department?
Describe it in the form below to send a message to the current DIC members.

The goal of this form is to identify discrimination and work towards reducing it within the department.

With your permission we may share a de-identified description of the complaint (a) with other students in town halls or in our annual report ; (b) in an email to the the department chair (Rick Zinbarg); and / or (c) during a faculty meeting to highlight the kinds of behaviors that are harmful to students.  To give permission for any or all of these, select the appropriate text boxes in the form below.  If no boxes are selected, your message will not be shared outside of the DIC.

Due to its anonymous nature, this information will not result in a formal complaint. If you would like to file a formal complaint at any point, you can email any of the DIC members or the current Director of Graduate Studies (Satoru Suzuki) to begin this process.

If you need help processing this incident, Northwestern provides counseling appointments, free of charge.
