The Open Access Technology Foundation
We will establish a foundation to facilitate and promote expanded and open access to and interfacing with technology: the Open Access Technology Foundation. This foundation is a core component of our sustainability plan, as it will maintain and expand both of our open initiatives: the WDI API, and the multifunction button app/hardware. It additionally will provide an online directory of alternative access methods, that includes a community DIY showcase—a consolidated resource sorely missing within these communities.
