The Northwestern University Forum for Russian Philosophy and Religious Thought is an extension of the Northwestern University Research Initiative for the Study of Russian Philosophy and Religious Thought. The purpose of the Forum is to house creative work related to the field of study in a more informal setting, but connected to the official work of the Initiative. Here you will find interviews, short meditations, conference talks, brief reviews, links to resources and other publications and events related to our work.
As a Forum, this site is dedicated to the free and open inquiry of ideas by a diverse array of voices, and therefore each individual post will be the work of and views of its author. We welcome contributions from scholars, students, and people outside of academia that are in the spirit of the philosophical tradition of open humanism. If you would like to contribute, please see the Call for Contributions Page.
