Social Events
We believe that having an enjoyable social experience is part of a successful postdoctoral experience. The primary role of our social committee is to contribute to the exchange of cultural experiences and knowledge within our postdoctoral community both in Evanston and in Chicago while having fun at the same time.

Coffee Social – Evanston & Chicago
Bring your own drinks and snacks and join your fellow postdocs for a coffee break every week! We hope to see you there!

Book Club
NUPA’s Book Club Read for February is I Found You by Lisa Jewell.
The NUPA Book Club meets on the 3rd Monday of each month to discuss the Book Club Read for that month on Zoom. While hosted by NUPA, you do not have to be a NU postdoc to join us! We do ask the attendees have some connection to either Northwestern or be a postdoc at another institution to join. Exploring Indiana Dunes with NUPA
Please join us for a trip to Indiana Dunes National Park on 6/19/24! NUPA will be organizing this event but your travel is up to you. There is free entry this day and we will meet at the park at 10am.
