Oregon State University (OSU) is the newest member of the NUcore consortium. OSU developed the Research Equipment & Lab Management System (RELMS) platform beginning in 2023 as a centralized transaction processing system for facilities to manage users, accept and track orders, maximize instrument usage, and bill for services. RELMS streamlines processes for investigators while also reducing the administrative burden for lab administrators and staff.
RELMS currently is integrated to:
- Banner (ERP system)
- SciShield (Lab safety and safety certification system)
RELMS remains under active development, with updates and new features released bi-weekly.
