TRAVEL SUPPORT INFORMATION
Deadline: October 14, 2019.
In order to be reimbursed, participants who have been awarded travel support from Northwestern must submit their receipts by this deadline.
Past Deadlines
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Deadline: September 6, 2019.
As a meeting participant, you are responsible for all of your own travel arrangements, including booking a hotel of your choice.
SESSION SELECTION FORM
Deadline: July 29, 2019.
Each attendee of the meeting, including PIs, should submit a session selection form. This form allows you to apply to participate on a panel or to give a lightning talk presentation.
PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION FORM
Deadline: June 17, 2019.
Each attendee of the meeting, including PIs, should submit an individual participant form.
FUNDING APPLICATION FORM
Deadline: May 15, 2019.
If your PI has identified you as a meeting participant who is requesting travel reimbursement from Northwestern, please complete this form. It serves as your participant registration form.
PI FORM
Deadline: April 15, 2019
PIs (or PI delegates) are asked to identify all participants from their institution who will attend the meeting. The meeting organizers will follow up with each participant individually after receiving this submission. This form will also collect your input for the content and topics at the meeting, and asks whether you or others at your site would like to present.
