If you wish to check in earlier than Sept. 25, or check out later than Sept. 27, rooms may not be available at the conference rate for those earlier/later dates.
Consider your hotel your main resource for the following items, if needed:
- Transit from hotel to meeting venue. The recommended drop-off/pick-up location close to the meeting venue is 40 Arts Circle Drive (Block Museum). Inquire at hotel for shuttle service (if available), taxis, or rideshare.
- Printing of return boarding passes. Unfortunately, boarding pass printing is not available at the meeting venue.
Travel Award Recipients:
- Travel awards cover two hotel nights + taxes at the group rate for each awardee. See the Travel Support page for information regarding hotel expense reimbursement.
