I find it challenging sometimes.

I don’t feel comfortable, it is like you are being forced to work you know. Currently for my company, if you tell them that you want to resign, you have to pay so much like they will tell you to compensate for the uniform, they will just look for a way to avoid paying you. So it is just not easy to just leave, because you will only leave if both of you (the company and yourself) do not owe each other anything. Actually most people just prefer to finish the contract after two years, because even if I tell them that I want to finish my contract after one year, they basically won’t allow me to leave, they will just take through some tedious process so you end up telling them that you know what, I think I will renew my contract for another year, to save yourself from the hustle and end things peacefully. There are people who have exceeded their contract by months and they are still in the accommodation, while the company is keeping them there for no good reason. They would basically tell you sometimes that they don’t have enough staff or people to hire, so they hold you back to just keep working.
