Already a successful engineer, Shunran Shi (MSL ’16) knew that he wanted to utilize his technical background, but also to take on a professional role that would allow him to interact in a more meaningful way with business and legal issues. In the MSL program, Shunran developed business and leadership skills that helped him land in a perfect position at Illinois Tool Works – a position that allows him to utilize both technical and non-technical skills on a daily basis.
