Each sponsor will be assigned one side of a six-foot tackboard with a tackable space of 68″ W x 44″ H upon which to display a poster.
They will also be provided with a 30″ round, high-boy table (height 42″) with linen. Vendors are welcome to bring their own linen to put over the provided linen.
Vendors (at the gold level and above) participating in the power pitch session (Monday morning, 8:00-9:20 AM) will present a 5 minute overview of their products or announce new equipment. The goal of the power pitch is making attendees aware of which vendors they may be interested in speaking with in more depth during the conference. Time limits will be strictly enforced! Slides can be used but they must be provided to the host before April 29.
