Info for presenters

Oral presentations

  • Talks are scheduled in 25 minutes slots, with a maximum of 20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
  • It is expected that most presenters will use their own laptops to project slides.  A local laptop can be made available on request–please contact the MidPhon 23 organizers.

Poster presentations

  • Posters should be no larger than 4 feet tall and 6 feet wide.
  • The poster session is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 6, 12:45-2:15 p.m. Posters can be put up anytime Saturday morning before the poster session, and can stay up through the afternoon session.
