Shambhala Chicago Meditation Center offers free virtual weekly meditations and other related workshops. MBSR courses are also offered with scholarship opportunities. https://chicago.shambhala.org/

Tara Brach, PhD offers free talks and meditations on her website https://tarabrach.com . She also offers certification for mindfulness meditation teacher with Jack Kornfield among other courses. In addition, Tara Brach is the author of Radical Acceptance, True Refuge: Finding Peace and Freedom in Your Own Awakened Heart, and Radical Compassion: Learning to Love Yourself and Your World with the Practice of RAIN.

UMass Center for Mindfulness offers meditations, reflections, and discussions Monday nights and Thursday afternoons at no cost. Can register at their website (https://www.umassmemorialhealthcare.org/umass-memorial-center-mindfulness). Also, MBSR and MBCT courses are offered.

Mindfulness Exercises (https://mindfulnessexercises.com/) offers over 2,000+ free meditations and worksheets. It also provides free mindfulness courses for beginners and those who want to become mindfulness teachers.

Palouse Mindfulness (https://palousemindfulness.com ):  offers a free 8-week MBSR course including certification. Free mindfulness practices and other available resources are provided on the website.

Be mindful (http://bemindful.co.uk/evidence-research): located in the UK, offers an overview of mindfulness and its benefits on mental health. This website also provides training and connects you with a mindfulness teacher.

Center for Mindfulness, UC- San Diego (https://health.ucsd.edu/specialties/mindfulness/resources/Pages/default.aspx): offers free meditations, videos about mindfulness, poems, and gentle yoga practices. It also refers bilingual resources.

Bilingual Center for Mindfulness (http://bilingualmindfulness.com/): offers a few free meditations and an 8-week MBSR course. It can also connect you to mindfulness-based psychotherapy and they offer different groups that meet weekly: mindful self-compassion, mindful living, mindful aging, and mindful grief. East Bay Meditation Center (https://eastbaymeditation.org/): offers free online classes, reflections, yoga, and meditations every week. Can register at their website. This center has a strong commitment to diversity.

Mind Oasis: Daily Live Online Group MeditationThe nonprofit Mind Oasis (MindOasis.org) has opened all Community Meditation sessions to the public for free, at least through June. Community Meditation sessions are live, friendly and led by meditation guides, and happen every weekday at 7, 8, 9, and 10 am ET; Saturday and Sunday at 9 am ET; and Tuesday and Thursday at 9 pm ET.

Atlantic Contemplative Centre (ACC): Open Mindfulness Groups — 3 online Open Mindfulness Groups each week using Zoom. Each session includes a check-in, then 15 to 20 minutes of silence for mindfulness practice (some guided and some in silence), followed by individual walking practice and then another session of mindfulness practice. Each session will end with an open discussion time.

Boulder Shambhala Center: Live Online Meditation Teachings and Community Gathering — Nightly live dharma talks & meditation sessions, plus a variety of weekly offerings and special programs including BIPOC Meditation Collective, and Learn to Meditate class. Plus, a COVID-19 Support & Process Group offered every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday Noon–1PM MDT: Click here to join via Zoom.

Tricyle: Live Online Practice Sessions Join teachers Jack Kornfield, Pema Chödrön, Sharon Salzberg, and others for a free series of live-stream meditations to help ease anxiety amid our social-distancing efforts. Tricycle has also created a series of short practices and other relevant resources.

Cambridge Health Alliance Center for Mindfulness and Compassion: Daily Free Live-Online Community Practice — Over 20 CMC teachers are coming together to offer sessions in mindful movement; bringing kindness to our stress, anxiety, grief and fear; supporting caregiving during this difficult time, and expressing appreciation and love for each other. In addition to the daily live sessions, there are a number of audio recordings.

Mindful Leader: Meditate Together: Daily Group Meditation, Reflection, and Support — Meditate Together sessions are 30 minutes long and are available every weekday; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, from now until Friday, May 1st. Currently offered five times a day, hosted on Zoom.

Open Heart Project / Susan Piver: 4 Live Meditation Gatherings Each Day — 15-20 Minute sit followed by a discussion to share our hopes, fears, ideas, and predicaments
