Registration for the March 2023 LVK Conference is NOW OPEN. 

The early registration deadline is February 14, 2023. Prices will increase after this day, and registration will officially close on March 9, 2023.

Registration Types

Before February 14, 2023 February 15 – March 9, 2023
Regular Registration – In Person $450 USD $525 USD
Student Registration – In Person $300 USD $375 USD
Remote Registration $50 USD $50 USD

 

In-person registration fees cover full access to all March 13 – March 16 sessions, morning pastries, coffee, snacks, and lunches. The remote registration fee covers live remote access to all March 13 – March 16 sessions.

 

Additional Items

Networking Dinner Ticket – $120: Each registrant may purchase no more than 2 Networking Dinner tickets. The deadline to purchase a Networking Dinner ticket is March 1. 

March 17 Coatings Workshop – $60: Each registrant may purchase only 1 ticket to the Coatings Workshop. If the only part of the conference you will be attending is the Coatings Workshop, and you intend to attend remotely, please do not fill out the main registration form and instead contact an organizer.

 

Refunds

If you are unable to attend the conference and have already registered, please click on the link to register and select “Cancel Registration”. Please do not attempt to request a refund for either your registration or optional items until at least 24 hours after registering. This will cause the refund request to fail. 

In-person registration refunds will be charged a $25 USD processing fee. Remote registration refunds will be charged a $10 USD processing fee. The deadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund is March 16, 2023. 

Banquet tickets are fully refundable until March 1, 2023. Coatings Workshop tickets are fully refundable until March 16. To retain your conference registration but cancel your Banquet or Coatings Workshop ticket, please click on the registration link and select “Modify Registration”. Remove the optional sessions you will not be attending and a refund page will be generated. 

 

Payment Methods

Payment via credit card is preferred. If your institution will only process reimbursements of work expenses if they are paid for via wire transfer, please fill out THIS FORM and you will be emailed an auto-filled invoice. If you have any questions, please reach out to an organizer.
