Welcome to the Kramer Lab!

The Kramer Lab is dedicated to conducting collaborative research that addresses pressing needs identified by land managers. I am based at Chicago Botanic Garden’s Negaunee Institute for Plant Conservation Science and Action, where I am the Director of Restoration Ecology and a Conservation Scientist. In this role I get to support an amazing team of ecologists who are managing the Garden’s 260 acres of natural areas. In this role I work to connect our research and training capacity to efforts to understand and care for natural areas both here at the Garden and around the Chicago region.
