The latest version of Zoom is 5.8.0 – view instructions to update your Zoom client. There is one notable update introduced in Zoom which you may want to take advantage of this quarter.
- Poll access for alternative hosts
If meeting hosts add alternative hosts to their meeting, they can allow alternative hosts to add or edit polls. The alternative host in the meeting will have the additional in-meeting options to add or edit a poll, which launches the web portal to make the changes. Previously only someone with scheduling privileges to your Zoom account had the ability to manage polls on your behalf.
