It’s finally here, the ability to share multiple programs at the same time!
The benefit: You don’t have to keep clicking on New Share to toggle back/forth between programs. Simply select the programs (ex. PPT and Excel), and they are automatically visible to your students when you display them on your computer.
How to get it: Update Zoom. Only you (host) needs to update, students using an older version of Zoom will see multiple programs shared.
Directions
- Click Share Screen
- Select one program. A new message will pop up “Hold Shift to select multiple windows”
- Select another program. The blue Share button will indicate number of programs you are sharing.
- Students will see these 2 programs as they are arranged on your screen.
- Click new share, to add another program.
