I am a scholar of transnational Korean studies and Asian American studies. My research examines the Korean peninsula’s relations to other militarized sites across the Pacific and tracing decolonial genealogies across them. My first book project examines multiple forms of im/mobilizations in the transpacific.
You can find my publications under “Jeong Eun Annabel We,” and this is my preferred full name for citation and credit. I go by both first names, Jeong Eun and Annabel (you can address me with one or the other. I really do respond to both). I use the gender pronouns she/they.
