This month PhenomeX shares information about their technologies including Isolight which is available in the core. The Isospark and Isolight systems are used for multiplex cytokine analysis. They allow for a completely automated workflow at the single cell level. The Beacon systems allow the user to analyze the phenotype and genotype of single cells. This month Akoya Biosciences highlights the advantages and capabilities of the Core’s newest instrument the Phenocycler Fusion. This machine has the ability to visualize and quantify up to 100+ protein and RNA biomarkers of FF and FFPE tissue sections allowing the user to discover spatial interactions across entire samples.

This month Joni Hanson and Tameem Ansari from CTL teach us about Immunospot, the Core’s newest technology. Immunospot is a multifunctional instrument that features ELISPOT/FluoroSpot capabilities for cell counting.
