We are proud to announce that data has been collected for about 250 individuals living in Arua District, Uganda. This area faces many challenges related to water security. Some of these challenges relate to the high number of refugees from South Sudan and the Congo.
This marks the completion of data collection for our second study site in Uganda. Relative to Kampala, Arua is more rural, allowing for an interesting comparison of the different ways in which water insecurity manifests in rural vs. urban settings.
Many thanks to the local study team and Dr. Asiki Gershim, who led the work, for their efforts and dedication to the project!
