Kate Masur was interviewed on WGN radio to discuss her and her team’s digital contribution to the Colored Conventions Project, Black Organizing in Pre-Civil War Illinois: Creating Community, Demanding Justice. She appeared on the NPR radio program 1A to talk about civil war and political violence. She also was featured on John Avlon’s CNN program, Reality Check (CNN) talking about the long history of voting suppression. Finally, Professor Masur appeared on the AppleTV documentary, Lincoln’s Dilemma.
