Ben Frommer has been appointed to two international projects –
- The Czech Republic’s Ministry of Culture to the Working Group that’s preparing a new museum at the Prague train station from which Jews were deported.
- He’s also been appointed to the International Advisory Board of the project to build the Moravian Jewish Museum in Brno. He’ll be a distinguished visiting scholar at Mendel University in Brno this month. And the US Holocaust Memorial Museum has selected his application to co-organize a 10-day seminar for scholars this summer on the topic, “Intermarriage During the Holocaust: Jewish and Romani ‘Mixed’ Families in Nazi Europe.”
