Daniel Immerwahr reviews book, is interviewed for The New York Review of Books

Daniel Immerwahr reviewed Scott Reynolds Nelson’s new book, Oceans of Grain: How American Wheat Remade the World, in a piece entitled “Wielding Wheat” for The New York Review of Books. 

Immerwahr was also interviewed about his own research for The New York Review of Books in a piece entitled “Empire Records.”
