The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a nationally recognized professional, educational, non-profit, and service organization dedicated to promoting interest in and encouraging women to pursue the fields of science and engineering.

GradSWE is the graduate student faction of the Northwestern University SWE chapter. The focus of this group is to provide networking events, mentorship and outreach opportunities, and career development which cater to graduate women in engineering and science.
