Hello GlobeMed!
We hope that you’ve had a relaxing and enjoyable summer and are getting ready to head back to good old Evanston (if you aren’t back already!) We are gearing up for what promises to be an amazing year for GlobeMed at Northwestern and can’t wait to get started! Here is a heads up of what you can expect early fall quarter (we are hitting the ground running!)
Activity Fair: Monday, September 20: 1-4pm in Norris (Interested member? Stop by to see what GlobeMed at Northwestern is all about! Returning member? Stop by to say hi!)
Information Sessions: Wednesday, September 22 and Thursday, September 23. 7:30-8:30pm in University 102 (come learn more about how awesome GlobeMed at Northwestern is and get a started on the new member application/returning member interest form).
Applications/Interest Forms Due: Sunday, September 26 at midnight
“Meet and Greet” for ALL members (returning members and new applicants): Sunday, October 3, time and location TBA.
Applicant decisions finalized: Sunday, October 3rd by midnight.
First chapter meeting: During week of October 4, time and location TBA (we will be having weekly chapter meetings every week for the rest of the quarter).
Global Marketplace: Tuesday, October 19, Norris (come ready to find some great deals at our second annual rummage sale while supporting our outreach programs at the H.O.P.E. Center in Ghana!)
