Caption: A panoramic view of Gamcheon Culture Village in Busan, South Korea, known for its colorful hillside houses, winding alleyways, and vibrant street art. Originally a modest settlement for refugees during the Korean War, the village has since transformed into a cultural and artistic hub, often referred to as the “Machu Picchu of Busan.” Many visitors come to explore its narrow streets, discover local art pieces, and experience a blend of history, culture, and creativity.

Visitors gather on the grassy areas, relaxing and taking in the view as the sun dips below the horizon. Known for its alluring atmosphere and skyline views, St Kilda Beach is a beloved destination for both locals and tourists, who come to enjoy the sights, feel the ocean breeze (really strong breeze), and experience one of Melbourne’s iconic coastal sunsets.

  1. These photos are great!
Sydney, the photo you submitted is amazing! The colors of the houses really contrast well with the tree and sky. The framing of the picture is perfect! The use of the treeline as a division between the houses and sky is amazing. What a great picture to submit!
Breanna, this is such a great picture! The way you incorporate the curve of the shoreline was fantastic! The colors of the sunset are beautiful. I also like how this picture shows the connection between nature and human world and how they interact – from locals and visitors watching a sunset, to the skyscrapers in the background. Awesome picture!
Bettina, this is a such a fantastic picture! It follows the rule of thirds perfectly, where the foreground and lake are dwarfed by the vast, colorful sky. The colors are beautiful and shows a different side of life it Italy that is not shown in movies. Amazing picture!
You all did a fantastic job! The pictures and captions really encapsulate the beauty of the locations and the human connection to nature. Keep up the great work!
