Dear All,

The time has come for your first group post! Remember: you must post your updates every other week in order to continue to work toward the final showing of your collaborative work.

All you need to do is choose 3 images from those among your group, share them as a post on the Co-Lab blog, and add a brief caption explaining your group’s choice, roughly 150 words.

Designate one person to post all three images and caption for this round—you should take turns as time goes on. To post, simply go to NU Sites, and you should immediately be shown the option to go to the GLObal Co-Lab blog at top left.

Then, go to the Posts tab, select Add New, and create your first post. Call it “Group #” for now, and if eventually you find a better group nom de plume for yourselves, I encourage it! Add Media using the Add Media button.

Once in the Add Media menu, upload your images into the Upload Media tab. Before you Insert into Post, make sure you have chosen the Full Size option, so that your images are clear and crisp. You can resize to a sensible size from there.

Don’t worry about categories for now, but do use the Tags (on the right side in the Add New Post page) and write in the town, city and/or country that each image pertains to.

Post your group’s update by MONDAY, September 19 by 11:59pm CST!
