Astronomy LIVE

Astronomy LIVE was created during 2020 to fill the hole that was left when in person outreach activities were not possible due to social distancing measures. Astronomy LIVE includes trivia, interviews, short talks, and lots of audience interaction. I participated in several Astronomy LIVE events, as a host, an interviewer, and presenter. The recordings of these events can be found on the CIERA YouTube Channel.

Astronomy on Tap

Astronomy on Tap Chicago is an organization that brings astronomy and trivia to bars and restaurants in the Chicago area. We work with local bars to organize free events, where we play astronomy themed trivia with the crowd intermixed with an astronomy talk given by a local or visiting researcher. 

CUWiP

The Conferences for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP) is a nationwide conference that focuses on empowering undergraduate women to continue on in the physics field. As a 2-time attendee during my undergraduate career, I helped organize and run the 2019 CUWiP at Northwestern, where I searched for local women in physics to give talks and sit on panels.
