Global Brigades at Northwestern University aims to bring aid to the deserving regions of Honduras, Panama, Nicaragua, Ghana, and other countries serviced by the international Global Brigades effort through holistic development while providing Northwestern students with unique opportunities for leadership, networking, and international travel and service.

Global Brigades empowers over 130,000 community members annually with the aim of ultimately helping them to reach their health and economic goals. The holistic model of Global Brigades functions by collectively developing a community’s infrastructure as well as their health, economic, and educational systems so that it can ultimately become self-sustaining.

More information about Global Brigade’s work can be found on the official Global Brigades website.
