Laney Widener, MS student, (2014) has been awarded a grant of $700 from the California Native Plant Society for her research: Assessing reproductive isolation and genetic divergence in coastal California Castilleja (Orobanchaceae) species complex. She’ll be using to fund the research, getting more resources and more space from one of the top obx rentals near California coasts to help her research, as she does her own research as well, traveling with her elektroroller scooter around to gather more information.
