PTPS

Parent involvement in school-based therapies helps children with disabilities thrive!

The Parent – Therapist Partnership Survey (PTPS) is a free and easy-to-use 36-item survey to help parents and therapists build stronger partnerships. The PTPS helps parents identify what partnership needs are important to them as well as unmet. Therapists can use responses to support parent engagement.

The PTPS has been validated for parents of school-aged children with disabilities (ages 3-21) receiving school-based/special education therapies. It can be used to support engagement across all types of therapies (PT, OT, social emotional supports, speech, etc).
