About Erin

Erin Leddon is Associate Director of English Language Programs and Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics at Northwestern University.  In her English Language Programs role, she oversees several offerings for international graduate students, including the Integrated Academic Skills program, English Development through Guided Exploration (EDGE), and English proficiency testing supporting The Graduate School’s English proficiency requirement.  She teaches courses for Integrated Academic Skills (LING 380), ELP Foundations (TGS 509), and an intensive summer course called The Language of Teaching and Learning (LING 480).  In addition to her work with international students, Erin also regularly teaches undergraduate courses in the Linguistics Department, including Formal Analysis of Words and Sentences (LING 260) and Language & Prejudice (LING 221).
