- Order PROMIS computer adaptive tests (CATs) and short forms available through the Assessment Center API for adults and pediatric patients
- Receive email notification when patients complete assessments
- View individual patient’s scores over time within OpenEMR
- Utilize patient responses and scores stored within OpenEMR
Patients can complete assessments through:
- OpenEMR patient portal
- Patients will be notified by email when the assessment is assigned

- Adult and pediatric self-report, and parent proxy report for pediatric patients
- English and Spanish translations
